I have been at the Midas in Camrose and I will never let any dealership or any auto repair shop to work on my vehicle but at Midas auto repair shop .I have been with Midas for well cover 15 plus years and became a very good friends I love Darren and Shelly very much they go further in locating what I need for my vehicle to help me
Friendly, convenient, reasonably priced that’s why I was not worried about how much it was going to cost, done in a timely and efficient manner.

I went in for a quote and to see if they did the service I was looking for. They told me they could do it and could get me in immediately. The quote they gave me was bang on!
Price was quite expensive.

I have been going to Midas for many many years as I have always been totally satisfied with their service. The staff are very good at alerting me if there is any problem identified and give options on to deal with it. I have no intention of using another automotive company for any service or repairs. They look after me exceptionally well to keep my car in great working order and to keep me safe in my travels. They are AWESOME!!
They informed me that i needed new tires due to seeing the wires on the inside of front tires. My husband changed my one front tire and couldn't believe that they let me leave from my oil change. I was not made aware of how bad it was. Just told I need to replace 2 tires. I'm happy with the oil changes just wish they would have been more informative about how bad the situation was.
Staff are always friendly. They don’t try to sell you a bunch of “stuff” and tell you how you just about need to do every service they offer when you go there. They have my trust and I’ve had lots of mechanical work done there.
Fast, efficient, courteous
I own a FIXD code reader. I had been monitoring my vehicle performance for the previous 149 days before bringing it in. I not only mentioned the only two codes I'd been receiving from my check engine light when I booked the service appointment, but I also wrote down exactly which two codes I've been receiving, on the drop off envelope with my keys. I felt taken advantage of when I saw I was billed $80 for Midas staff to use their own code reader on my vehicle after I already explained the issue. $80 is an overinflated price for that service, especially when it wasn't needed. I've learned my lesson now, to clear the engine light before drop off.
Staff know me well. I am in there about every two weeks to get my 10,000 Km oil change. Even remembered to ask if I brought the oil additive this time.

the staff has always been open and honest with me. i like that they show me on my vehicle what is going on. understanding obout costs and says what is the most important fix first. over all just really good people.

The owner of this location was the one under the vehicle changing the oil. He checked all the small details and mentioned that the air bags looked low and added air to bring them up to a proper level for towing an 8-9000 pound trailer
