The process of scheduling, information given, and worked into my car with the information for the added things that needed to be done, we’re very pleasant and everything was explained thoroughly.
I stopped by and made the appointment for the next day. The next day i arrived a little early but the management took my GMC Envoy in right away and changed the oil and rotated the tires which i had purchased previously from them. I was given statements on condition of my vehicle and recommendations for future service. I believe I was in and out within 30 to 40 minutes. Jason, the manager of this location is the entire reason I will never step foot in a Midas ever again. He has the worst bedside manner and when things aren’t going his way, he becomes incredibly rude and puts blame on the customers. I have used this midas for 5 years and he is always extremely unpleasant with his tone of voice. My blinker needed to be replaced. although other shop don’t charge for a replacement, I agreed to pay $20 but never had it replaced. I wasn’t charged for it though.
I was concerned that I was going to need to replace the entire exhaust system at a price of around $2000. I was pleasantly surprised that they repaired at a cost of only $165 and minimal cost.
Make sure that quoted price is what you are charging. Not, told one price and then when it comes to pay the price is higher than what was said.

The staff was very upfront about what is what was wrong with my car and explaining in better detail what they thought could be a bigger factor in what is causing the problems.

I was able to check in quickly and the wait was not as long as I thought it would be, which is great! The service was fast, which is important to me. They explained items they found pretty well.
I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. We agreed on a price that included the coupon you provided. When I came to get my vehicle they had me pay $50 more than what we agreed on. So an improvement be true on your word and don't try and sneak in hidden fees
The associate fully explained the services and cost associated. Midas did exactly what they said they would do. My vehicle was done in a timely manner.

The technician who did not tighten the lugs on my vehicle, which I realized as I drove off, was not remorseful nor apologtic. He did not put my vehicle up to ensure the tire was completely on. He just tightened it on the ground. It was obvious the tire was not entirely on the wheel.

I had my car serviced in may. I spent $800 on a handful of items. Three weeks later (having said they performed an engine check but didn’t “charge me for it” according to my phone call with Brian last week and I had to fork up another $500 for another issue. From Wednesday to Saturday my car was fine still making a horrible noise after the water housing outlet was replaced and my car overheated AGAIN. Had to call someone else to fix the problem because they’re not open and I’m furious as the part that was broken is part of this housing outlet they “replaced”. I’m 7.5 months pregnant and it’s not okay to be breaking things while repairing my car or not checking afterward everything was good to go. Performing an engine check but not sharing any of that information with me as I guarantee all these problems would have been shown if they actually had. I’m so angry I had to go somewhere else to actually get the $500 I spent relooked at after 3 days & spend another $50 to fix the issue not $500.
Be more transparent in your pricing. Don't try to scare people into more auto repairs than what's necessary or affordable. Don't send out misleading advertisements listing an oil change price that isn't actually available.
For the first time in my adult life I am handling all car maintenance and repairs all on my own, the associates always explain everything thoroughly and I never feel as if I’m being taken advantage of for not knowing anything about cars.

Do what you say you're going to do.My car was owned by a drug dealer, be purchased it new in 2011...he got busted in 2014. After about 1.5 years the Feds decided to use it as a car to make fake drug deals with...and in doing so added 12 hidden cameras to the vehicle. It was state of the art and it's recording device is hidden in the trunk area.The Feds used it for 3 years and then it was sold at auction like the Feds do with a lot of stuff they've seized. Now I don't if the cameras were supposed to be left in but they were...and I use them all of the time because they're still ahead of their time, even today.Whenever I drop off my vehicle to be serviced I leave the cameras on. I was told they would do a full inspection when none of this happened. They simply changed my oil, apparently lost a washer or nut along the way...did not replace it. (Amazing)
I was so happy and very surprised no charge for a diagnostic. Everyplace I have went they want $75 to $100 for a diagnostic's. Very pleased, and got a print out of all repairs and issues.

I have been using the same Midas location for years. I return because they do a good job and feel like it is my best deal. They usually try to "upsale me" but answer my questions about how important is it and accept my response if I decline the upgrade service without pressuring me. Like the guys and know me by name and I know them.
I always have a good experience there. Their service is consistent, the employees are reliable and knowledgeable and communicate things well... And when they fix my car, I know it's fixed. I am also confident that if my car wasn't fixed after being serviced there, they would do everything they could to make it right.
Was told I needed 4 new tires and over $2,000 of work. My tires are not even a year old so took my car somewhere else and was told the compete opposite. I don’t appreciate being lied to.

I'm going to reserve judgement and return again in the weeks to come for some scheduled maintenance beyond an oil change. Alignment, tire rotation, and brake inspection were done well. I'm very satisfied with the outcome of my alignment.I'll be back soon for a rotor swap and pad replacements.There could be some better polish in communication between the office and the shop. I noticed the ball was dropped on communicating my desire for the brake inspection and tire rotation to the service tech. That added confusion to the service tech. I prefer my techs to feel more competent and cared for by the office.
