Not lie to me. Not over charge. I’ve spent $2000 in the last 4 months on services and $1300 of that is just on my A/C. And for it to be in worse condition than when I brought it to Midas is ridiculous. I thought I would be a long term customer. I have 4 kids I have to transport daily and have no money left to fix this. I was told by one associate that what I paid for would fix it, and after I paid and left and realized that my A/C is in even worse condition. I called immediately and they recommend even more services to fix the problem! I’m a single dad and I’m not made of money either! I feel like I’m being mislead and mistreated. If this issue does not get resolved I will never return to Midas again. I have never been more dissatisfied in service in my life than today. I should not have to keep forking out hundreds to thousands to keep my A/C working year round. I am beyond frustrated and just want my A/C working and to not be treated like a money pit.

Scheduled my vehicle to be looked at at 11:30am. Wasn't contacted until 4pm about what was wrong with the vehicle. Was hurried to make a decision about fixing the problem an hour before they were to close.
The front desk staff was extremely sweet and very friendly. My oil change took maybe 20/30 minutes to get completed (I’ve waited an hour at other locations). They aired all of my tires up since they were all low.

I had quite a few things recommended to be fixed. I am totally trusting your mechanic that they needed to be done. The total bill came to over 1200 so that's quite a bit of trust. The car is 100,000 miles old so it may have needed all the work that was recommended. I just hope that was the case.

First off you need to learn how to communicate to your customers and update them. I should not have to call every other day to check on my car. Also you need to be honest with your customers. If something is going to take 3 weeks to fix you should probably tell said customer. And when you say your going to order a part you should do it and not wait till the following week to order it . And don't do extra stuff to a car that the customer didn't ask for and then charge them for it. WORST experience I've ever had! Will not be back!
I had brake pads and rotors replaced on all four wheels but my car still has the same problem while braking that I complained of when I brought it in.

Friendly but unimpressive team. My TCM needed replaced and they incorrectly flashed it, leading to a week delay: this would be acceptable from a $60/hr team but their $108/hr rate is high for their skills. The diagnosis is expensive and after their investigation they read me the notes I printed. I got a JiffyLube feel when they noted my new wiper blades and just-changed oil needed done.On day 2 I was told the work was done and could get the car, but in reality they had made zero progress.
