I brought in monthly mailer for oul change and left with keys bit when checking out it wasnt manager and mailer not in sight few coupons. I said nothing as manger who checked me in should have keyed it inother wise why hold me hostage with mailer and emails……

First off you need to learn how to communicate to your customers and update them. I should not have to call every other day to check on my car. Also you need to be honest with your customers. If something is going to take 3 weeks to fix you should probably tell said customer. And when you say your going to order a part you should do it and not wait till the following week to order it . And don't do extra stuff to a car that the customer didn't ask for and then charge them for it. WORST experience I've ever had! Will not be back!
I had brake pads and rotors replaced on all four wheels but my car still has the same problem while braking that I complained of when I brought it in.

I have always found the people to be helpful and willing to explain whatever problems they find with the car, and to tell me what it will cost before they do the work. Friendly but unimpressive team. My TCM needed replaced and they incorrectly flashed it, leading to a week delay: this would be acceptable from a $60/hr team but their $108/hr rate is high for their skills. The diagnosis is expensive and after their investigation they read me the notes I printed. I got a JiffyLube feel when they noted my new wiper blades and just-changed oil needed done.On day 2 I was told the work was done and could get the car, but in reality they had made zero progress.
