I appreciated that the workers didn’t make me feel like a dumb woman taking her car in for a service. Even though the diagnostic was expensive, I feel like they did an amount of inspecting that justified the price a little bit for me.

Didn't appreciate being told my car wouldn't pass inspection without new tires,cabin filter, engine filter. I declined and went to Colonial Honda across the street and had my car inspected without any issues.
I was never shown what was fixed, or what parts were used for españoles the type of brand the parts were from. I was overcharged and they charge me again for the same part which didn’t make sense.
I specifically asked that a tire be resealed. Though other requested work was done, this was overlooked. I assumed the work was done but once I got home and looked at the repair order the work had not been done. (I was not charged for work not done.)
I appreciated how friendly and kind the staff here was. At no point during my visit did I feel like I was a woman being taken advantage of, and the price stated at the beginning of the visist was the price that was paid in the end!

I was told I would receive pictures and I didn’t. We asked to see the old parts and he looked like a deer in the headlights. I never saw anything. I got home and noticed the next day that my hood paint is all scratched up where my hood latch is located. I am definitely NOT happy. 😡 it was not like that before I brought In because we had just checked my oil level.

They didn't call me within a half hour like they said they would to set up an appointment. I had to call them. I went to Midas because the price was low $17.76 for an oil change and tire rotation and 48 point inspection. I had a coupon. They only did the oil change. I asked about the tire rotation and they said that they measured my tread and found that I didn't need the rotation. I believe they didn't do the other services because they were busy. The price was too good.

Quick, efficient and trustworthy
If I could put no stars I would. I went there to get an oil change and when I get home there was deep scrape marks on my front bumper. I called them but they said it wasn't there fault. When I left to go get the oil change there was nothing on my number, and after the oil change I came right home. They just don't want to own up to what they did. And they are ridiculous saying it would be $1,000 for front struts. Rip offs much?! I do not recommend them
