Mechanics were quick, and friendly. Store was clean inside and out. I was greeted immediately and professional service was provided by knowledgeable staff. I have never had a bad experience at this store. Prices were explained and check out was quick and painless.
The lead tech that I usually see was not there, but the level of care was the same. I do not get my car serviced often, but I do feel confident just taking it to midas with the level of care and way the company goes above and beyond to keep everything running smoothly.

I am always welcomed with a smile. All of the mechanics are friendly and willing to answer your questions. Frank the man who processes all the paperwork and gets you started and finished is always extremely patient and friendly. As a woman, I don't feel taken advantage of, my options are presented as a choice. Getting my car maintenance at this location feels like HOME!
Jesse is an excellent mechanic although my automobile is of an early version it drives like new when I leave the shop. I will always return my auto for needed service. I had excellent service at a N.E. DC location many years ago.

Mechanics were excited to see us bring in a 1994 Toyota Hiace from Japan. Gave a ton of good recommendations on items to address. Let us be involved with the inspection, answered every question and concern. They even thanked us for bringing it in!

I was explained and demonstrated the nature of what was required to rectify the problem.
The appointment was easy to schedule and the wait time was reasonable.
I visited Midas in Laurel to purchase four new tires and request a wheel alignment for my Chevy Camaro. Notably, the front and rear tires had different wheel sizes. Despite assuming that the Midas staff was aware of this difference, I acknowledge that it wasn't their fault. The manager, Frank, demonstrated reasonableness by working with me and promptly ordering the front tires the following day. Throughout the entire process, Frank's communication and transparency were commendable.However, a second issue arose after the new tires were installed. I discovered two scratches on the rims— one on the passenger rear and another on the driver front. Unfortunately, when I approached one of the mechanics about the matter, he was dismissive and unhelpful. Regrettably, Frank was not present at the time to address the issue.
Without an appointment I received service immediately upon arrival at 8a and work was completed within 3 hours. Frank the store manager and Jesse the mechanic are very top notch guys they have the professionalism I expect every business that serves the public should have. I will always come to Midas no matter what location I may be in hoping that the guys will be like Frank and Jesse. They are the standard you use for hiring.

I love the easy way I get in this store, I made the appointment and selected the tires 20 hours before and I arrived at the shop and they didn't have the tires I choose but the gentleman gets other ones better for the same price that I did miss while I was choosing. I didn’t have an appointment and called to ask about the availability. The manager Frank was extremely professional and when I brought my car in for service he remembered our conversation and had his tech check out my car. Ended up NOT needing new brakes (as the dealership said) but just brake pads. I also purchased 2 new tires. Price for all of the services was still better than the dealership quoted. The entire staff that came in and out of the office greeted any of us that was seated in the waiting area. Will definitely recommend this location to anyone needing car repairs.

I selected a special being ran online and Laurel is one if the participating locations of booking an oil change at a discounted price but instead of the $29.99 price I booked the appointment for I was charged $69.99 for barely 15 minutes of labor.
The customer service is always excellent and personable. Questions are always answered and prices for items/services are always explain with options. As a woman I don't feel taken advantage of because I may lack knowledge about services offered.
The time it took. I was really hoping this would be 45 min max to change the oil but it was well over an hour, maybe an hour and a half.

I went in for front brake pad replacement and ac repair. The ac repair and recharge was complicated due to two leaks, one which gave them a bit of trouble and was time consuming. I am glad I was patient and that they were able to fix it. Needless to say I am very pleased with the work as I am ready to remain cool in these summer months and my car feels brand new. Frank went against my wishes for services to be performed. This ended in me having $2000 of work completed at one time and the brakes still did not work properly.
