So they texted me about coming in. They contacted me, so I scheduled an appointment for Saturday. When I show up, I am told it will be 3 hours for an oil change & inspection. So I reschedule. I show up for that appointment, and it is a super huge wait. So I reschedule for Friday at 8. Told I will be in the bay first thing, take 45 minutes. Get there 7:50. Told 2 already in bays. Will start 8:30, 45 min. Come back at 9:20. Told it is half way done. Get the car at 10. Watched car service through window. Tires never rotated, sign right next to window states all oil changes come with a tire rotation. With the previous manager, You show up. They got you in. Bada Boom, bada bing. Now, with this manager, they are purposely over scheduling. I don't have the time to wait, so if I need to drop off & come back I will go somewhere with a shuttle service like Taylor Automax.
They had EASYPAY and pickup drop off service.

I brought my vehicle to Midas in April to have a problem fixed. I brought it back in August to have the same problem fixed. Once my car was done I was dropped off to pick up my car. Once inside the owner told me he gave my keys to another customer. I WALKED home in 94 degree weather and was not even offered a ride! As soon as I walked in my house I got a call from Midas saying they now had my keys. I was charged around $500 in April and was told on the phone my bill was over $800 in August. When I went to get my car for the second time I explained my concerns with the owner who then told my I was rude!!!!! My credit card got declined so I had to call my sister to let me use her credit card. I went to wait in my car until she arrived and the owner had his wife come out and block my vehicle in with her vehicle until my sister arrived. Great Falls Midas is so unbelievably unprofessional! I will make sure everyone in Great Falls hears about my experience. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!

I've been to this Midas before, so it was good to be remembered. I was able to get an appointment quickly. I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time. I trust that the price for the oil change was fair.
Instead of looking for issues that encourage future visits for the price I paid I would have rather had a tire rotation included. I was given a 10 discount because I complained that the online coupon was valid only for a standard oil change without the discount the oil change price would have cost nearly $100. These practices only encourages me to pursue alternate options next time my oil needs changed.
