Everyone and everything was done great

Check in was not completed properly, checked in at 4:08pm work not started until 5:20pm. Other vehicles with no appointment was seen before me.

Customer services was great

All the staff was friendly and helped me understood what was going on with my car. The store manager was so friendly and nice and made sure I understood what was wrong.

Most Midas locations check for potential issues but this one skipped that step. It was an otherwise good experience though.

My wife took her car there for an oil change. A service rep brought out a set of breaks and set them down on the counter AND SAID THESE OLD BREAK PADS ARE ON YOUR CAR AND COULD CAUSE A WRECK. The only problem is the breaks on the car were in NEW condition.
