I called to make a appointment boom got the appointment no wait, the guy at the desk checking me in I wish I could remember his name, he was great. He worked his tail off while I was there answering the phone working on cars taking incoming clients etc. I really hope he gets a good raise he works the job of four people. The service was great the time to get the job done was great. Good job all the way around

I have used this location several times for oil changes and this visit was for plugging my tire and checking the code for the engine light. Blake (I believe that’s the manager’s name) was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was quick to assist and I was in and out in no time! I’ve always had a great experience here.

I had an emergency and one day off to take care of it. I told the mechanic what I believed to be the problem and solution and he offered to make sure that was the problem before doing anything. Midas was a little busy that day, but made time to get me taken care of. They had me back on the road in about 2 hours and I can’t thank them enough! They were also transparent with their pricing and asked for my consent before starting their work.
The guys here were nice and respectful. I was waited on as soon as I walked in the door.The guy doing the oil change wore gloves.

Blake at Midas on Broad was extremely helpful. He said they were extremely busy but would get to my car to at least check the problem. I ended up having to have it towed and he even provided me with info for an excellent tow truck driver. Blake kept me up to date on the status of my car, went over prices in detail, and made me aware of coupons/specials that were available. They were quick to fix my brakes. Will definitely be back!
This is the second time I have taken my car to Midas and both times I have been extremely pleased. The customer service is exceptional. I was in and out in no time. Will definitely be a return customer.

Waited an hour and a half, at least, because they didn't have my oil filter.
I had just replace my entire brake system at my house but I needed a brake flush and there was a grinding noise. I took my car to another mechanic and they had no idea what the problem was. I brought it here and within 10 minutes of it being jacked up, it was diagnosed. The brake noises have been fixed completely. In addition to this, everyone was friendly. Eyob was specifically a very down to earth person to talk to so props to him.
I came in before my appointed time and was taken care of right away. Everyone I spoke with was very nice and polite, definitely coming back for the same and other services.

Most Midas locations check for potential issues but this one skipped that step. It was an otherwise good experience though.
My wife took her car there for an oil change. A service rep brought out a set of breaks and set them down on the counter AND SAID THESE OLD BREAK PADS ARE ON YOUR CAR AND COULD CAUSE A WRECK. The only problem is the breaks on the car were in NEW condition.
