Great customer service at front desk
I have been having my automobiles serviced at this location for more than 15 years. I have always found the staff at this at the Belle Meade location to be knowledgeable and friendly and the pricing to be fair and work excellent. I have often recommended this location to others.

I specifically diagnosed what I needed. Despite that, I was charged for a diagnostic--$125. When that was completed, the service I needed for what I diagnosed was charged. I complained about the diagnostic charge, and it was removed. However, the service charged wasINCOMPLETE!!!!!
The front desk is very friendly and committed to good service. Doug stood out this time but several perform very well in past visits. I also trust the quality of the service personnel working on our vehicles.
Doug got us scheduled quickly and the technicians solved our problem right away. The cost of repair was reasonable.

It was easy to schedule an appointment. I needed to drop off the vehicle and that wasn't an issue. When I tried to use a coupon, I wasn't able but was given a discount still.
Extremely knowledgeable and professional staff. They diagnosed my issue, explained options clearly, and scheduled the repair in a very timely manner. They took my phone call when I was inquiring about an update, gave me a reasonable estimation of the time to complete the job and then called to let me know that my service was complete in all, it was a very professional experience and one that has been repeated over and over.
The manager and technicians were clear on what I needed. They communicated clearly why I needed it and installed the parts in a timely manor.

I requested my appointment on line pretty late at night and received a confirmation not long after opening business hour. The Team is great. They seem to work well together. A few months ago, l was told my brake pads would need some attention in a few months or so. As I am soon going on a 1000+ miles driving trip, I wanted to make sure my brakes were ready. After inspecting my brakes, a Midas gentleman told me I still had a while to go and I should be fine on my trip. I sincerely appreciated the honesty. As I already had an appointment scheduled and was there for it and knowing the brake pad replacement was not too far down the road, I chose to go ahead with it. The personnel are very personable and knowledgeable and seem to be very honest. I feel confident that they’re not going to sell me something I don’t need. The store seems to have a lot of business and loyal customers.

Battery was just past the warranty period, so they didn’t charge for the diagnostics they did to make sure there were no other issues like alternator etc.

I was satisfied with the service. Not so much when I picked up my car. There was a truck blocking my car, and I could not get out. No one seemed concerned about that. I had to ask the truck driver to please back up, so I could get out.
Dropped our vehicle off on Saturday for brakes and were told we could pick it up that day. Later were told it would be Monday afternoon.
I arrived without an appointment. Despite a full schedule, they were able to work me in and replace the damaged tire ahead of what they'd told me initially. Staff was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

Employees were very nice and went above and beyond. I told them one of my tires needed a patch and they checked all four and it turned out another needed as well. Charge was very reasonable.
Our Midas center took over American Tire a few years ago. I loved American Tire and was worried that the care and expertise would leave the location along w the name. NOT THE CASE! In the year since the change we have been so pleased with the service and communication received.
My red battery light came on and I was like "Ughhhh". I have purchased tires and brakes from this location before so I drove straight there. George took care of me right away and explained what they needed to do and the approximate timing it might take. I got a phone call a few hours later telling me what was wrong, what they needed to do and the price. A few hours after that, it was done. Wow! Same day alternator replacement? That's awesome. Very friendly and will certainly return.

I was taken care of with no appt on a holiday weekend! They knew I couldn’t come back during the week and they made it happen. Took me home and picked me up to get my car when ready. Now that is service!
They were able to provide all services as requested. They were friendly and professional at drop off and pick up. They got the vehicle completed much faster then I thought it would be done due to the holiday weekend and it being a drop off. Cheaper than I had guessed it would be.
The staff at the Hwy 100 location is always friendly and very professional.
These folks always go out of their way to help me. If I didn't end up needing anything, they didn't charge me on two occasions. They fit me in for an emergency repair this time, and they were really busy, but they completed it to meet my travel schedule. That's why I come back and don't mind paying a little more.

I went in for a diagnostic on my vehicle, giving them a call beforehand to see about availability. Everything went exceptionally smooth, and they figured out the problem very quickly and went above and beyond with suggestions, and helped me weigh the pros and cons. Great customer service, fixed my car problem, and I will definitely be returning to this location for my future car needs.

I was on the way out of town and in my parking lot I got a flat tire. I had to get it repaired as quickly as possible and went to two places that said they wouldn’t even be able to look at it for 2-3 hours. I called Midas and he said they could possibly get it down within an hour even though I didn’t have an appointment and they were busy. I got there and sure enough I was out the door with a repaired tire in 45 min and my family was on the road to grandma and grandpas house! I greatly appreciated them!

Did business with place for over 10 years when it was American Tire. Made my first visit to find them overpriced on tires and was disappointed to find they had rounded all my lug nuts while rotating the tires. Pretty simple task and couldn't perform it.
