Overall the visit was good. I would have appreciated better communication about the status of my car. I dropped is off at 9am then didn't hear anything about it until I called to check in a little after 4pm. Also, I specifically stated that I was feeling a small wobble, but want to go ahead and rotate my tires. It was mentioned that that MAY fix it, but if not I should bring it back to re-rotate at a $50 charge. I felt it still when I drove my car out. I checked the tire pressure before contacting the shop again and found that my right front tire was inflated about 6psi more than the other three tires. Once I corrected that, the car drove great. Inflating all four tires correctly seems incredibly basic and a bit odd that it wasn't correct.

I brought my car in 15 mins before closing because it burnt out on me on the highway on my way to work and they took my car in to check it out no problem and also kept the shop open for me to wait until my uber came to pick me up. Charged $35 plus tax to evaluate needed exhaust work. This cost was not mentioned on the phone. Also was told full exhaust from muffler to tailpipe needed replacing when only muffler did.
Emergency brake problem was diagnosed immediately and was explained . Associates were able to get required parts that day and completed the entire job by end of business day. Able to pick up car when shop opened the following morning. Everyone extremely courteous and professional.

Not to the fault of the employees by any means, but after paying for a break inspection, they weren’t able to pin down the reasoning for the squeaking brakes, but did let me know that it was safe to drive. Could be cheap brake pads from past service, but the noise will drive me crazy
Matt is a terrific manager. He called to tell me what he thought the car needed and asked if I had had the brake fluid changed. When I told him I had no idea, but the records were all in the glove compartment, he asked permission to check the records. He said he didn't want to do a service I didn't need. Some people would just do the service and charge you whether you needed it or ot. I appreciate Matt and his honesty and great work!
Not charge a $35.99 fee just to put the car on the rack to see what I told the service writer was and how I wanted it fixed and would not give me an estimate or a range of price to do the work. So I relented and paid the $35.99 and when the fix was overly complicated and too expensive ($400.00) and trying to warn me that in fixing the tailpipe to end muffler warped flange they would probably disturb the cataletic converter to tailpipe gasket and have to replace that gasket thus shooting the price up another $400.00 !! I suffered the $35.99 fee and took it to my mechanic where they agreed to do the job for $226.94 and that there was no way they would disturb the converter to tailpipe donut gasket !!
