The availability and use of the courtesy car was great and very helpful to have while the team worked on my car. The customer service was great. The staff were patient and helpful and explained everything to me. They worked with my warranty company and finished the job in a pretty timely manner.
My car needed a new control arm with ball joint as the steering was about to fail. The team was highly communicative and offered me a loaner car for the duration of the work. After the work was completed and I drove it for a week the new part began to fail. I brought it back in and the replacement of the part was done in a matter of hours with no charge and no inconvenience to me.

I was not notified when the work was completed. I had to inquire if the work was completed.
Someone cut my exhaust system in an attempt to steal the catalytic converters. I called Midas and was told to bring my truck right in. Midas was quick to provide the repair estimate and pictures for my insurance company. Once the insurance company gave the go ahead my truck was ready in a few hours.
I was traveling out of town when my car started making concerning noises. I had no appointment, but they were able to squeeze me in. Service was handled quickly, causing no delays in my travel plans! Staff was very kind, from scheduling, to maintenance to check out, everyone was fantastic. Thoroughly impressed and immeasurably grateful!!
I have been going there for a number of years. When I arrived and got out of the car the salesperson greeted me by name.
I was told that my rotors and brake pads had to be replaced because the dust shield was rubbing against the rotor and forged a groove in the rotor. I brought my vehicle to Midas a year ago for work on this same area. There has not been any other work on that wheel. Once I told the associate that they were the last ones to work on it, they never mentioned it again. I am surprised Midas is not trying to right their wrong and is instead burying their head in the sand.

dont overbook. i made and confirmed an 11am appointment. the car was not looked at untill 1. i was told that it would a couple of hours to do the work, it took four. two days later, the same problem arose, indicating that the problem was not resolved for $1,900.00. a little annoying.
My appointment was for 2:00 PM. I arrived about 1:40 PM give or take. At approximately 2:15 PM I heard my 1st name called and I was really not sure he said my name. I got up and walked over to the service desk and asked if he called me, which he did. He said my car was ready. I had now and hour to kill before I headed to the restaurant where my daughter works. So I stopped by the Va Museum of Fine Arts where I used top work and visited with friend and then to my surprise the restaurant had opened up an hour earlier because of Mother's Day celebrations. so I had dinner earlier than expected and got to visit my daughter before the restaurant got super busy.
With an appointment, it should not take 4 hours for service. Other people arrived after and left sooner than me.

I’ve used this Midas multiple times and keep going back bc of the great customer service. Sometimes I feel prices are high but worth it to take it somewhere I trust.

I made an appointment for an oil change for 9am on Saturday. After calling multiple times during the day and being told my car would be ready soon (it wasn’t). I then received a call that it was ready 15 minutes before they closed. I was informed that they were also closed the following day so I had no way to get my car. Why make an appointment if this doesn’t ensure a timely service?
They added an unnecessary service that i did not ask for and i had to pay for it. “your car takes this” my car did not NEED that.
I did not like the fact that when I asked about the price of the recommended repairs I was given only a total price as if they were trying to hide the individual costs.
I was not pleased that they insisted the tire could not be patched because they said the hole was too close to the side wall. So I had to get a new tire when the tire was only a was only 13 months old. They based the wear on the mileage instead of thread wear. They gave me a credit of $40 + dollars towards a new tire. It cost me over $200. I was on my way to the funeral of my younger sister in Pa.. This tire situation added to my grieve. I regret I just did not have them just patch it and I take a chance. The woman said I would be back in 5 minutes. The hole was in the last inner thread towards the center.
Work was completed in a timely manner with kind caring staff. The only difficulty was with the Valvoline Perks Rebate that I was given. When I attempted to redeem the rebate, I had a great deal of difficulty with the Valvoline website and when I ultimately called Valvoline to straighten out the confusion, I was told that the redemption number that I was given was not valid.

I took my car in for an inspection sticker and the people there said that I need to change my brake lines and a light for the inspection sticker and it was gonna cost 750 so I said no and took it to another shop and they said the lines were fine and the light they wanted to replace wasn’t even out bunch of scumbags
Midas has a comfortable waiting room. The staff was friendly. I think the coupon that you get every other out change offsets the price, but only works if I actually remember to use it.

Each time I go to the Miodas on the Boulevard I am treated exceptionally well. The facility is immaculate and the work by the mechanics is always top-notch. Highly satisfied.
My only complaint is that the oil change cost over $100 with tax! Most places charge half that. I'll take partial responsibility because I didn't specifically ask the price when I took my car in. But I wish someone had told me in advance how expensive it would be. My car is a 2018, low mileage (under 35,000 miles), in good shape, and required nothing more than an oil change, The lady who checked me in and out couldn't have been nicer and more friendly. But the final price was a shock.Just thought of one more thing -- Before I left I asked if they had put a sticker on the windshield indicating when my next oil change was due and the answer was yes. But in fact there wasn't a sticker and now I don't know when I need another one. When I expressed surprise at the cost the clerk said since I don't drive a lot I probably wouldn't need to bring it in for a year! That doesn't sound right to me.
Pricing was surprisingly high for an oil change, although I would understand a light upcharge as you do go above and beyond I can't reason with paying over $100 for an oil change.
Staff were efficient and enthusiastic. Customer waiting area was comfortable -- thank you for the Keurig. And I could watch service to my car through the huge window.

There seem to be technical issues while singing up for the 90day payment plan. I asked to do it myself and got it done in a single swing. Here at experience though.
This Midas location is now my go to for car service. They are friendly, on time, courteous and always get the job done at an affordable price. My vehicle is older and has a lot of miles and they always keep me informed on how to keep it on the road!
First time at this location since I moved back to Virginia. Staff are very nice and worked me even though all my records were at a store in Ohio. Services and recommendations were great. Car runs smooth and I can definitely tell that the reasons why I went there that morning got resolve. Love this place and I am definitely going back for my next oil change. Everyone was courteous, they were incredibly quick and efficient, and they gave me the cheapest resolution and didn’t try to sell any other services or products.
Had a State Inspection completed, and that was fine and done quickly. The check-in process was horrible. I pulled into the check-in area a few minutes before my appintment time. Three employees were sitting there, none got up to help me. I left my hazard lights on and went over to the desk, there was no other customers around, none of the 3 employees were on the phone. I got a quick 'hi' and then silence. I explained why I was there and got silence. I then stood there and stood there. "Excuse me?" 'Oh, just give us your keys. There's a waiting area through that door.' Honestly, if my schedule allowed me to get this inspection done at another time, I would have left. After visiting the waiting area, which was very nice, I went back out to ask how long my service would take. Walked up to the desk, 2 employees sitting there now and silence. "Hi, wondering how long til my car's done?" 'An hour 15'. Ok, cool. 30mins later got a text saying my car was ready. Awesome. Check-out was similar, walk up to the desk, silence. Handed over my credit card, got my receipt and card back with a quick comment of 'I need a coffee'.

They made it easy to take care of a much needed inline CAT replacement on my 02 vette. I called on Friday and they were in and out on Saturday and gave me a loaner too. They allowed me to see the problem for myself and were transparent about the fix. Also appreciate that Chris Took the time to straighten out my tailpipes as well. Great Service from beginning to end.

I got a battery replaced, however as I left my car started stalling and jumping. My girlfriend used the car later that day and the car stalled and jumped and caused her to hit the pillar of our parking garage. Furthermore, she stalled out in the middle of Broad Street. Turns out the technician forgot to reset the code or something for the battery. Would like some sort of refund or compensation for this issue since now I have to get a paint job and it was a deep scratch and won’t come out.

They loaned me a free car; very responsive; moved my appointment up so the appropriate technician would be available to work on my vehicle.
I went in for an oil change and my annual inspection. They found an oil leak during the inspection, so they asked if I wanted a diagnostic. I said yes and they came back letting me know that I would need to replace a few parts. Unfortunately the labor costs were too high for me to afford even after the associate tried to help by pointing me to different financing options - one denied me and the other did not offer enough credit to cover the full cost of about $2k. My credit is pretty bad! Thankfully they did not press me to make the repairs and passed my inspection without it. I wish I could have afforded to support the business more - this is an excellent Midas with a very knowledgeable team. I haven't seen any bad reviews besides on people complaining about the cost. If they want a cheap and bad job done, they can go somewhere else! They even let me know to keep a close eye on my oil level since I opted not to repair. I am hoping one day soon when I have more money saved up, I can return to get that oil leak looked at again. Thanks for the great experience!
