I continue to visit this Midas location because the associates and management are friendly, honest, and do great work. If I ever have a question or concern, I know that it will be addressed with patience and respect.
Branch Manager is very accommodating and explain further all the things need to be done for my vehicle. It can be a little pricey on the services but he explains everything and give us some other options.

We had full brakes and rotor parts provided by Midas in 2020. The pads had lifetime warranty. I brought the vehicle back in for service due to pulsation and poor stopping power in front brakes. Was told I needed new brake rotors. Car had 22K miles on it since rotors were replaced in 2020. There was no warranty on the rotors. This is a poor part and service situation. My experience is that I should have gotten 40-50k out of the rotors you replaced in 2020. Since I did not, I would have expected at least a 50% credit against the rotor replacements. For this reason, I may not remain a regular customer. I will add that the service mgr was very nice in explaining that I had no warranty on the rotors, and there was little he could do to further remediate the issue.

I usually go to Midas as soon as they open at 8 am for oils change and get it done in less than half an hour. But this time, because of the holidays, there were lots of people before me, and I had to drop off my car to have it serviced. They called me after 3 hours to pick it up.

Excellent...However, I wasnt happy with the road hazard insurance I purchased from Midas at the time I brought the set (4) of tires. One tire had to be replaced. Originally it cost $109. I had to pay $82 more dollars to replace it. I declined the road hazard insurance on the replacement tire. Midas wanted $15 more for the replacement tire.

Kenny was very patient and helpful and gave me a detailed diagnosis and estimate of the brakes and pads for my BMW X5 and the minimum requirements for passing state inspections. I requested ceramic pads which they happily provided. They also thoroughly tested my AC system for leaks and did a recharge of my systemThey even offered to give me my old parts in case I was skeptical of their honesty. Midas put a plug in my tire and in less than 90 minutes it was flat. I had to change the tire and take the car to Virginia Tire and Auto to have the tire properly patched. The tire does not leak now. I wasted 30 dollars. They are probably OK with mufflers
