I was greeted warmly even though I was a little late. I was listened to when I described possible problems they may find. I was quoted a price which was reasonable. I did not feel pressured or shamed for my vehicle problems. My car was ready when I returned. I was given pictures for concerns that I can address. Strong communication skills, told me exactly what was wrong with me car when I never asked them to inspect the car which I very much appreciate them doing so.
We asked for a brake job and were told it would be done that day. The next day we get a phone call stating all these things that need to be done ($3400+). All we wanted was a brake job. There was no reason to try to sell us all the other stuff.

Making an appointment was a breeze with lots of different times available. The customer service was amazing. They explain what’s going on very well.I love the fact that they tell you all the things they need to get done next time or in the future. That as a woman I have no idea that I needed to do. They checked my battery, filters, and brakes. It’s nice when somebody takes the time to look over your car so that you don’t have to. Definitely recommend.

The manager over promised on the time it would take. I chose Midas over other options because of the availability, but then spent 3 days sitting in a cafe waiting. I showed up first thing in the morning each day and then it often wasn’t looked at until last thing in the day. The manager, Kevin, seemed to repeatedly promise to “fit people in”, which seemed stressful for him and not useful for customers like me. I was told I would need a thermostat, but when the job became too hard and I was told adding coolant would be fine. I had explicitly asked already if doing that would be ok. I would have preferred to have gone with one of my other options earlier who seemed to indicate availability based on their capacity more honestly.Kevin was still helpful and obviously doing his best despite overpromising.

Everything was great, I am not sure how the experience is for my pest control technicians. However, my experience with them over the phone was great, when a problem arose with the weight of the vehicle and the lift they chose to use, they were quick to think and fix the issue by rescheduling the appointment for a better time and making sure the right lift was available. This was an unforeseen issue.
I have been going to this Midas for years. I am a women and I do not feel taken advantage of at this shop. Pat and Kevin have always been very professional and polite when interacting with me. I will not take my vechicle to any other auto repair shop.
Kevin is an awesome Manager. He explained right from the start that they were running a little behind schedule, and made sure I wouldn't have a long delay. He was right. After my car was done, he showed me the results of the electronic inspection, and explained everything in detail. He mentioned that his shop could do the work, but he would have to schedule it out a bit. He mentioned that the things on the list were not needing immediate attention, but to address it in the near future. I'm more willing to go to a shop that is up front and HONEST, rather than to pay less. You definitely have my business in the future, and I've already referred your shop to friends.

Everyone can always try and do better
Because of the uncertainty of what the problem was with my brake problem. It was no fault of the shop. I just had to wait to find out what was wrong after inspection. I did not plan on it to be that complicated. Again, it was not the fault of the shop.

Communicate with your customers… Jesse and Pat both said they’d get back to me multiple times, they did not get back to me ever. Waited a week when all I originally came in for was a valve cover gasket replacement and oil change.. and paid $850 for it (amongst a couple hoses and intake gasket that they insisted I fix as well..) Overall pretty awful experience. Not coming back unless it’s only for an oil change.

7 hours for a pre-scheduled brake job. Sent a runner for the brake sensor 3 times. I already sent a message to customer service on the day of the appointment and yet no one has reached out. You obviously do not care. I will Shae my experience with everyone I know as I was not satisfied. The office manager was unpleasant, short and rude. The old guy working the counter and tech were nice, but again, 7 hours. I am disabled veteran with no second car thus I has to wait.

They just went ahead and replaced my bent oil cap. FYI...it was not bent. They swindled me for $10. But it took FOREVER just for the guy to function the computer enough to allow me to pay...so I did.
The owner-operator is great! He was recommended by another dealer. Also, the cost of repair (catalytic converters replaced) was $1500 cheaper than my first bid. I will be back to use them for all my services.
