Problem explained clearly and work completed promptly.
My leaking tire was "fixed" Saturday, but it was totally flat the following morning. And no way to resolve the issue since you're closed Sundays. Another tire shop found a second puncture in the tire, which was apparently overlooked by the Midas team. You could improve my experience by refunding my money.
I was told an oil change would be $79 plus tax but when I arrived I was told because my car required the more expensive kind of synthetic oil, the cost would be $106. I told the staff what kind of car I had before I brought it in so I was not pleased.My display settings were also changed and I had to bring the car back so the customer service man would re-instate what I had previously. Four nonsense sentences (in my opinion) were being displayed.
I explained my problem. Staff were understanding and helped me to schedule a remedy. I came at the agreed upon time, was taken as schedulked and the repair was done quickly and well.

I got there 30 minutes early but they still started working on my car right away. The staff at the front desk was super knowledgeable and friendly. The waiting area was clean and tidy. I brought my work laptop with me and I was comfortable enough to do some work while they worked on my car. The staff also offered me a drink while I waited. Well there will not be another visit from me.. 29 year old female with a 40,000 vehicle. I made a visit to get new tires mounted and balanced. I dropped off my car and by the time I got home I received a call from the gentleman that helped me check in. He was asking me if I wanted to do a brake fluid flush and a transition fluid flush on my car because they were due with the amount of miles I have on my vehicle. I have never heard of a vehicle needing a break fluid flush nor has the 2 other mechanics I have talked to. I turned down the 2 "recommendation". Once I returned to pick up my vehicle and paid for my services they asked if I wanted to get an alignment on my vehicle. So if there was to be a next experience I would like to not try to be sold BS things so they can make a few extra buck and sell me the things I actually need and not take advantage of women who they think no nothing about cars.

Try not to swindle people to pay more with scare tactics. Be upfront with services and don’t add charges because it’s more work. Once I swipe my card is not the time to tell me extra services is needed. Especially when the“extra” services is already included in the price. You failed trying to trick me.

Be transparent about pricing (shop supplies added to price without consent). Not use TNC vehicle inspections as a way of trying to get more services and work performed at Midas. Consider customer's input about previous inspection done to vehicle that might have some bearing on the inspection report (supposed problem with a leak in PTU that was determined to be non-problematic by other mechanics during previous inspections - given as reason for failing inspection). The whole experience felt like a scam to pressure me into having more work performed at Midas in order to receive a passing vehicle inspection report. Will never return to Midas and recommend everyone I know to do the same.
