I had locks om my tires, and they had to be take time to get 4 lug nut, but they were able to get them off, and rotate my tires, some I'm happy with the process..

This is my second experience with this specific Midas and I was very happy again with the service my car received! I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Store was busy which isn’t a bad thing but my repair took a day longer than I thought it would. Employees were nice and helpful.

I was told that the tire rotation was included with the oil change service, and I was not informed there would be an $80.00 balance fee. I was told that the oil change service was $79.99 service with a $20.00 discount , but when I paid they charged me the $79.99 fee, and I had to go back after the charge and ask about the $20.00 discount, which I then was issued by way of a credit.

It was quick, I was given a free loaner car to come back home, I have confidence in your operation as I’ve had my other car serviced with you previously and I have confidence in the Midas brand.

I was not expecting to spend as much as did. Your staff and service were fine, but I got a slight essence of 'up-sell' regarding other things wrong with the vehicle. I know a bit of mechanics and do a fair amount of 'wrenching' myself, and this issues sighted and noted were minor, and normal, with a vehicle of this mileage.

They made everything so simple and easy to do on my end, while also being extremely nice and helpful. I believe i spoke to ryan 10/10

Dropped vehicle off the night before. Did not receive estimate until late afternoon of next day, day 1. Authorized repairs expected to be complete the next day, day 2. I got a call late on day 2 saying the part was not received and it shou0ld be ready on day 3. Repairs completed on day 3.

I spoke with Jeff over the phone about my problem and he rough quoted me. I walked in and was dropping my car off and picking up a loaner with in 5 min. He told me they were swamped and still got my pads and rotors done within 3 hours. The customer service was excellent and I felt my business mattered!

We have been coming to this store for 10+ years. All of the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The communication is solid, and they let you know the most important items to take care of first.

Location unable to determine cause of problem and repair it. Nonetheless, everyone ws helpful from receiving a loaner(s) car(s) and regular communication regarding the progress. Ultimately the crew accepted that they were unable to resolve the issues, suggested taking vehicle to the dealership, and di not charge me for the diagnostics and time they had put into the vehicle. Would have preferred that the vehicle got fixed, but the staff did what they could do and provided a fair resolution. I've been happy with my experience at this location and appreciate the honesty and fairness.

I have 2 identical vehicles, and I'm getting ready to sell 1 to a good friend. My friend suggested this place, as I usually have my vehicles serviced in the mountains, but I wanted to accommodate her in a timely manner, and I respected that her family has been customers for many years. I made an appt for that vehicle on my day off. I was so pleased with their service, that I asked if they would work in my other vehicle for the same services, possibly on the same day. THEY DID! Everyone is friendly, competent, completely open on pricing, and I was, seriously, blown away by their knowledge and amazing customer service fitting in both of my cars in the same day, 1 without an appointment. Should not be installation charge when your own battery fails one year into the 5 year warranty,

Had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Asked for a quote on brakes. The people at the front desk were very helpful/friendly. I explained that my car would sometimes shake when braking at high speeds, so I understand why a mechanic had to take my car for a drive around the block to test my brakes. But the way I watched the mechanic drive my car was unnecessary speeds/peeling out I can’t imagine how he was driving my car where I couldn’t see. I also got my car back with items from my gloves box all over my floor that they didn’t feel was worth their time to put things back where they came from, which is extremely rude. My car also stinks now! It smells like oil or something was spilled in my engine and there is a terrible smell when I start my car. Never coming to a Midas again.

Please understand the vehicles you are servicing. My GTI was topped off with a "universal" coolant that was explained to me to be fine for my car. I found out the next day that that is not accurate. I had to spend $300 to get my coolant flushed and replaced. Depending on how this is resolved will determine if I ever use Midas again.

I was impressed with the customer service. I needed a tire repair inspected and unfortunately the tire could not be repaired. The service desk person took time to help me in order to expedite my timeframe. He also showed me the damage so that I could decide when I thought I should replace the tire--which meant replace all the tires for balance purposes. It was a bummer to have to replace 4 tires at about half life, but I was grateful to be fit in and treated so well when they were clearly very busy. I have had the run around with other places in the area for a tire puncture before. I'd go here again.

When I l look purchased the snow tires at this location’s n, the change out was free as part of the purchase. Now they charge and current charge keeps going up, currently $100.

Awesome service

Brakes squeaking on car. Took car in to be evaluated first time. Problem not resolved. Took car in second time and problem resolved.

Jeff helped me out and was genuinely so kind. He was direct and extremely helpful.

Arrived at location 20 minutes early, appointment was at 10am. Truck wasn’t taken into work bay until 10:30am. Didn’t think that an oil change and a transmission fluid change should take over 3 hours! Called Jiffy lube and asked them how long it takes to do a transmission fluid change and they said about 45 minutes, and an oil change about 15 minutes max! Jeff said he told me it could be 2-3 hours when I checked in but I only recall him saying around 2 hours.

Make sure the lug nuts are all tight and to make sure that they put my wheel locks back on it was missing and I had vibration for my front left driver side rim and tire butterflied I had to have a tow truck company come out Jack it up to tighten the lug nuts and put it on the tow truck we discovered because the ball joint to pop out I had a lot of vibration when I put over to the side of the road in the parking lot

When I first called I booked an appointment for an oil change and inspection and the manager Jeff got me in right away but he offered a discount in my oil change without me even asking which was nice and they gave me a list of things I would need done but didn’t hound me so I felt comfortable picking what I knew I needed that was most important - New battery, oil change, brake fluid, windshield wiper, 4 new tires and an alignment so I spent a lot on my visit but I knew I needed things done. When I went there For my apptmnt Jeff was on vacation but they guys I spoke to were very informative and I did get more discounts after asking to see if there was any promos and they were very awesome about it. The best part is they got everything done in a great time frame. I will be back when I get the lights telling me I need more work done. I found this Midas on google and checked their reviews I am glad I did they are great.

I have used this Midas location for over a dozen years with several vehicles. They always do a great job. I trust them to tell me exactly what is happening or what the issue is. I highly recommend them. Jeff and Jay are terrific.

I was told that both tail lights were out. I stopped on the way home and bought some bulbs. When my husband checked to see which lights were out there was nothing that didn’t work. Why was I told that something was wrong? Trying to add on to the service?

Reduce cost, multiple options for replacement parts, amount of labor for very simple tasks like replacing light bulbs and redundant tasks, fact that it cost $50+ dollars for a evaluation of the car even though I told them what the issue was and running the diagnostic test takes less than 2 minutes

My need was for a quick repair on a tire. This Midas shop was close...and I'm glad it was. Tony Ulibarri was my contact...a great employee and representative for this location.The work was quick, efficient and completed within the time frame and cost explained to me. My only complaint would be that when the tire was remounted to the rim, the "soap" that was used remained on the tire and rim. I would liked it better if it would have been cleaned off....not a biggy but...

In this case it was because you suggested a tire rotation with every oil change and that is twice as often as the car. Jeff and Jay do a great job. They did the needed services and then gave a very complete total evaluation of my car. They made some recommendations, but didn't push me to get them done.

Brought the car in for a wheel alignment. Was told that I was scheduled to drop the car off overnight even though I made no request when scheduling. Took about 45 minutes, and it seems that the car is actually in worse shape than before (even according to the alignment charts provided).

Jay and Jeff are great. I feel confident my vehicle will be well taken care of and it will be done so at a reasonable price.

They took the time and the effort to find the complex problem being caused by a GM recall service problem. They advised me to go to a dealership to have the recall fixed for free. They advised me what to say to the dealership and gave me paper work to back up their conclusion.

I dropped it b/c I was dragging a piece of metal from a skid plate under my vehicle and the service techs opened the doors before they were officially open and removed the dragging metal w/o me having an appointment. All quickly, efficiently and at no cost.

The check-in and check-out associate was very polite and informative. He knew what was done to my car and what was recommended. At another place I went to recently, that customer facing person didn't pass on a service request, then couldn't tell me if it was done, and had no idea about the service that was performed. I asked a couple question and was told I'll have to go see, but never did the knowledgeable person speak to me. At Midas, I sat outside during the appt. I couldn't hear what the EE were saying, but they seemed happy, one was very friendly to a person that showed up for tire air, and I like how I could view the garage and people rather than hiding them away.

I have an older vehicle (1970 Mercury Cougar) and many shops are unwilling to work on it. Jeff was willing to work on the exhaust, researched the best muffler set up, got me scheduled right away and finished the work in a half day.

I was originally told that I may have a problem with my alternator. They tested the alternator and said I just needed a new battery and was charged $300. This did not fix the problem and when I brought it back in they told me that I now had to replace the alternator. had they originally just replaced the alternator I may not have had to pay $300 for a new battery.

I interacted with Jeff and Jay and they were excellent. They are kind, personal, and keep the process moving. THey are thorough in their assessment and care of the vehicle. They communicated by phone and text to alert when there was a decision to be made. I cannot recommend this Midas highly enough.....it is a place you can trust.

I had to get two tires mounted. I had the tires already purchased from somewhere else. The tires where off the vehicle. I called several different places and nobody could mount them for me that day. The soonest I found was a week away. That would not work I needed my car to get to work. Midas had me drop off my tires and they had it done within a hour. Awesome

The first time I had service at Pep Boys and they unbolted my sway bar he showed me that and he took care of it. The second time was today Christian brothers did my oil change prior and they left the cap off to my tranny fluid very disappointed in Christian Brothers will not go back there ever again and contacted them immediately it cost me over $200 to fix their stupid mistake

I drove in on a whim, Ryan came out of the bay to see what I needed, I asked him about wheel alignment, he was HONEST! At another place Ryan was familiar they had done a wrongful wheel alignment and prior over costly repairs, what they stated was borderline theft.Ryan told me the truth!! And fixed what I paid for at the other place; also I have called the other Chain Repair store, insisted they give me a refund. Plus, I have already given out your card to others stating you & Ryan were trustworthy and excellent service, in and out very rapidly.

They answered my questions and performed the service timely and as priced.

No appointment. Jeff looked at car right away. Gave me a loaner car and checked my car out the next morning.

Great oil change with tire rotation

always a great crew and timely service but when I dropped off my truck the associate failed to notify me that they close early on Saturday. knowing that detail on when to have a ride in place would have gotten everything squared away. still a great shop!

I was concerned about damage to my vehicle during a recent snowstorm as it was driven over a median. They got me right in, less than 5 minutes and also didn’t charge as everything looked fine. They were all extremely polite and helpful!

I was able to bring in car without an appointment, due to a nail in tire and battery issues, and was able to drop off and use loaner, which is a huge plus for me.

When I arrived for my appointment, there was a new service representative, working by himself. He first told me he couldn't find my appointment, then told me I must have made the appointment for a different store. I took out my phone & showed him my scheduled appointment. I requested an oil change & service inspection, and requested a phone call prior to any work required after the inspection.I left the premise & waited for 3 hours but received no call. I returned to find I had received an oil change only. I paid for the service without making any comment.Jeff has a good crew there - that's why I go there from across Denver. But anybody held in charge of the counter should be trained completely.

The manager was very accommodating. We came in with a brake issue. He pointed out that there is a recall for our brakes but continued to service our car ensuring the safety of my wife and kids.

Went in with a flat tire. They would find a ***** and because of the location they were able to plug and patch it. I was so grateful. They had me out the door in no time after adding air to the other tires as well.

My car check engine light was ON. You people asked me 147 dollars just for diagnostics. And I got the same issue fixed from Firestone along with diagnostics in just 100 dollars.
