While I appreciate the overall look at my car, I did not appreciate being told that when I brought the car in for a simple oil change they recommended over $2,000 of options for service. It felt very money grabbing. I feel it would be better to only present the work that was immediately needed.

Appointment call for Free brake inspection. After brake inspection the associate who I spoke to facilitate free brake inspection charged me a 34.99. Then justified by telling me if I had any work done then the inspection would be free. I picked up a screw in a tire and my tire was going flat. I was traveling from my home in Minneapolis area to Cincinnati. I called all the local tire places in Brownsburg and all wanted 3-5 hours to wait. I called your Midas and they said bring it over and they would squeeze me in. They did just that and fixed it promptly, passing on updates as they could. Great courteous staff. Highly recommend this store.

I had my car towed for a no start they found the problem and fixed it. I asked for the to look at one of my tires. They found it was unsafe and installed a new one. I had some engine lights they let me know what they were and gave me advice on what to do. I asked if they could do the remainder at an other time. They will schedule me when I have time to be without my vehicle to finish.

I scheduled an appointment online and included the request to replace my brakes during this appointment because I was told they needed to be replaced at my previous appointment. Somehow between this visit and the previous visit, my brakes miraculously healed themselves and I no longer needed new brakes, but this time I need a new catalytic converter which he said they’ve told me before, but looking back through my paperwork, a catalytic converter has never been mentioned. Also the guest wifi hasn’t worked this time or the time before.

I did not receive a call back to discuss the diagnosis of the problem with my vehicle until the work had supposedly been done although the issue wasn't fixed. I was told about suggested maintenance and I opted to have a radiator flush and dye put in the oil to determine where a suspected oil leak was originating. When I picked up the vehicle my original issue was not resolved. I called back and was told the manager would be contacted and I would receive a call back, but I did not after waiting 24 hours for a call back.I then called back and was told to bring the vehicle back and they would take care of it free of charge, but when I picked the van up again there were additional problems that weren't present when I droppedd it off. I'm terrified to take my vehicle back to Midas and have consulted another mechanic.

This visit was as good as can be expected. 6 months ago I purchased a break job at a Midas in Alexandria VA. I was informed that that Midas did a subpar job. I was angered to find that I had to repay for a job which I had already purchased. While it was not the problem of this Midas, it was definitely a black eye on Midas as a whole. I hope to not need breaks in the future.

The repairs I had made on my car were done in a timely manor. The repairs were great and I haven't had any problems with my car since. The shop is also very clean and the environment is extremely friendly.
