Just outstanding customer service. Seats and floormats covered. They have done work on other cars for me as well. Helped fixed a fuse problem with my electric seat about a month ago. No one, including the dealership could figure it out.

They addressed all of my concerns and were reasonably priced, pleasant, and efficient. There were some issues that I was concerned about that they checked out and found to be in proper working order, rather than using my concerns to sell me something I did not need.
I thought an hour and a half was long enough for an oil change but it took almost two hours. He informed me that they were down a couple of people that day so services were taking longer than expected. Otherwise, he was very friendly and explained everything clearly. I will return, I will just allow more time.

Went in for transmission refill/flush. They couldn't do it on my car. Shouldn't offer it if ya ain't got the knowledge or tools. Then wanted to try and sell me 500$ worth of front brakes. Come on man 500$ that's nuts.
My experience with this Midas location has always been positive! I never like the cost of repairs… not Midas’ fault:-). The folks working on my car and managing the shop have been kind, straightforward and a pleasure to work with!!!
Garret and Nick are extremely helpful and friendly individuals. They complete the work in a timely and satisfactory manner. They follow up with me to discuss any odds and ends about our vehicles before fixing.

When people have their cars worked on, nothing is ever a 10 due to cost...my problem and not the work most times. This last visit had a replaced tailpipe they replaced "pop out or bad weld. Scarred because I could hardly get it to shop and thought catalytic converter was stolen again which cost me a lot. They tried to sell me all kinds of things in addition to fixing the pipe. I get it but have been going there years, don't need sales job!!!! They have a great team at this shop, and I trust them until they try to sell me for a 21-year-old car

They did not put a next I'll change sticker on the windshield and they did not reset the dashboard notification that says oil change needed and that is a little annoying.
Well I was not told really about what was offered to me I were the one that said what I came for and I ask about the free tire rotation...was told yes and that was it. Was not told much at all but it is what it is so, I am find in all regardless.
Took a little longer than expected. It would be nice to offer at least a bottle of water or pop machine. Also need to have tv on something better than whatever was on that day.

I was promptly greeted upon arrival and my car was taken in for service quickly. All steps of the service were explained in plain English. I had scheduled the appointment online and that process was fast and easy.In addition to my oil change, I also needed an air filter, license plate bulbs, and brake fluid topped off. I was highly satisfied with all the work that was done on my car.I will be returning in the future.

I made an appointment for service and dropped my car off the night before as I stated I would in my call. I called the next day and the agent had no idea my car was there, did not know I dropped my keys in the key drop and had not begun to look at my vehicle. I finally received a call after 1:30 with a diagnosis but since it was so late, the parts would not arrive until the following week.

Requested the cheapest fix for my vehicle since we were trying to return to our home out of state and planning to trade the vehicle in on a new car. We were quoted $550. We made an appt on line for 10am- but brought the vehicle in at 8am knowing we needed to go home to TN. The “wrong part” came in and we were told around 2:30 that they could not get the part until the next day- which was unacceptable. After re- explaining our issue- they were able to fabricate a repair for $188. The vehicle was at the shop for 10 hours. I am pleased with the repair- but would have been stuck paying $550 when it was able to be repaired for $188.
The Maumee Midas store has greatly improved their customer service and turn around time. Always responds back to my inquiries in a timely manner.
Had parts replaced within the last year yet because I am a woman they were trying to tell me these said parts needed replaced.
Employee was courteous and helpful. He explained all of the extra work that needed to be done in a manner I could easily understand.

Sure its true that there are some hiccups here and there and not all locations/ employee's across the board treat you right, but the Maumee, OH location is the hot-spot!
